If you want to re-use the Excess fat you only employed for frying your chicken, you could, assuming it isn’t as well dark and cloudy already.  Anything darker than the usual Pale Ale might be currently too unstable to reuse.  Make sure you Permit the oil great a bit, then filter the Extra fat even though nonetheless sizzling with a coffee filte
